A Very Moo Xmas

If all goes according to plan, a bunch of holiday season/xmas theme designs I just made for Moo will be available on their site - yay! You'll be able to turn them into gift cards, mini cards, stickers, and whatever else they have up their sleeves over there.

Gee I must say it's tough trying to make xmas stuff not look tacky and boringly cliché. Took me ages to come up with anything but once I got on a roll it was okay and I started to really enjoy it. Plus, put linen as a backdrop and anything looks 10x better, hehehe.

Here's a sneek peek:

Wow, they are all gorgeous! I especially love the deer one (it would be great for any season!) and the bottom tree one is lovely and has just the right amount of Christmas-ness ;)

Lara, these are beautiful! I have found my Christmas cards for this year (I will give a charity donation in lieu of buying charity cards :) ). By the way, I never thanked you for my letterpress cards from KirinCo - they are beautiful and just waiting for frames.

That partridge in a pear tree is gorgeous! The Christmas tree one is really pretty, too. But LOVE the partridge one. :)

Tare so beautiful Lara! Great job on keeping them non-cliche yet festive. Just when I thought I would be keeping my holiday spending in check, darn. ;)

Oops, I forgot to mention how in LOVE I am with linen! When I saw your new designs on linen it took approximately 2 nanoseconds to purchase! I personally just purchased a huge amount of linen for sewing clothes, winter schminter. :)

You did a great job not making it tacky. Agreed - xmas stuff can look sooooooo bad. Thankfully you saved it.

Lara! i adore these. they are definitely one of my most favourites of all your designs so far :)
i love the simplicity of the reindeer, and of course the cooking one is right up my alley!

the best thing is that cause they're available through Moo, they're not going to sell out in a day like all your other stuff ;)

well done on another great collection!

Gorgeous Christmas designs. The colours are great. And I agree with your comment about linen - everything does look good with a little linen mixed in.
